PINCH ME! It's hard to believe that 12 years ago, I launched The Law Firm of Andrea Hence Evans, LLC. It seems like yesterday I was working at the USPTO as a Patent Examiner and a Trademark Examining Attorney. While working at the USPTO, I received calls from my colleagues and former classmates frequently about referrals for an IP attorney. I also listened to heart wrenching stories from applicants and entrepreneurs who used their savings to unsuccessfully pursue IP protection. I created the Firm to be a resource to those individuals but the Firm has been a resource and so much more!

These 12 years have been amazing! I’ve received numerous awards and I’ve been featured and quoted in numerous global publications and on television. I've also successfully prosecuted patent, trademark and copyright applications, enforced patents, trademarks, and copyrights and I've been successful before the PTAB and TTAB. I've authored TWO books!
